Cet ancien moulin céréalier construit en 1778, sur un bras naturel de "La Seille", fonctionna jusqu'en 1973. Transformé en une hôtellerie raffinée, il contribue à faire le bonheur de chacun. Franco et Massimo Donatelli ne lui ont point fait perdre son âme. Bien au contraire, ils l'ont mise en vedette. Ses arches, ses rouages, ses poutres et ses escaliers de bois donnent toute sa personnalité à la décoration. |
| Dans le calme de votre chambre, vous percevrez le murmure de la rivière, qui jadis actionnait les engrenages. Lorsque Massimo est en cuisine, le Moulin diffuse les savoureux parfums de la Bresse. La nature a si bien fait les choses que Massimo a choisi d'en traduire toute la fraîcheur et l'authenticité. |

Built in 1778 on a natural sound in the river "La Seille", this old flour mill was in use until 1973. Now tastefully converted into a hotel, it contributes to the happiness of each visitor. Franco and Massimo Donatelli have in no way destroyed the soul of the mill. Its personality can be seen in the arches, millwheels, beams and wooden staircases. From the quiet of your room, you can hear the murmuring of the river which once kept the working of the mill motion. When Massimo is in the kitchen, the mill diffuses the frayant flavours of its natal Bresse.
